We accept credit card or cashier's check only for cash price purchase or rent to own. For cash price purchase, excluding on-site builds, we require one-half down the amount up front. The remainder is due upon delivery of the building. Or Rent to Own for 36 months, no prepay penalty and no credit check.

Delivery and On-Site Construction
Delivery and setup for ABCO buildings are included in the price of the shed. We deliver throughout the Tucson metro area including Tucson, Sahuarita, Vail, Green Valley, Amado, Rio Rico, Marana, Catalina, Oracle, Sonoita. ABCO covers much of Arizona as well with over 100 dealers throughout the state. This means that we can deliver buildings at the same price anywhere from Tucson to the Mexican border. Typical delivery times for new builds are 6 to 8 weeks from the factory but do vary depending on the time of year and market conditions. Please contact the dealer for current delivery times.
Standard delivery: Buildings are delivered on a large flat bed trailer to the property. The driver slides the building off a tilt-bed trailer and mobilizes the building into place using a mechanical device called a "Mule". This allows the driver to orient, maneuver and level the building at the destination spot in smaller spaces.
Crane Installation: for properties requiring crane installation, we do require half of the purchase price of the building up front and there is an additional fee for the crane. Maximum reach length for the crane is 80 to 100 feet from the street to the spot of installation, depending on the size of building. Pricing for the crane varies depending on mobilization time, the size of the building being installed and the reach length required.
