No. all of our buildings are delivered fully assembled to our customer’s site. By building our products in a manufacturing environment, we are able to better control our costs and deliver a very high quality, durable building at an affordable price.
All of the standard buildings are available for rent-to-own. There are situations in which a customized building can require paying cash. Also, if a customer wants to modify the construction of their building or paint it, then it must be a cash purchase. Typically, though, you can add a wide variety of available options, such as six windows, or three doors. The type and size of building is a factor. We will happily consider every request on an individual basis. Feel free to contact us anytime at 520-447-7862 for additional information.
As a general rule, most of our customization takes the form of our standard options. However, if you have a request that cannot be addressed with our available options, we encourage you to call us with your requirements. We can discuss the request with our builders and see if the modification is feasible and cost effective as a custom order.
The lead time varies depending on the time of year and market conditions. Contact the dealer for current lead times.

The installation includes placing and leveling the building on site. We do not remove obstacles or provide ground leveling services. The buildings are leveled to the terrain with treated wood blocks (ground contact rated). If you prefer, you can supply 4″ x 8″ x 16″ solid concrete blocks (1 block for every 4 perimeter feet) to use in place of the treated wood blocks. These must be on site at the time of the installation. Note there is a $100 charge for the driver to place the concrete block under the buildings. Also drivers may charge an additional amount for extremely difficult deliveries.
Our standard roofing colors offer our customers many ways to customize their portable buildings. If further choices are required, ask us about our options and cost.
There are more colors available than are shown in the brochure. We prefer that customers choose from our stock colors, however, if a sale depends on our ability to supply a custom paint scheme, you can choose the colors by providing your own paint and shipping it to our manufacturer’s facility. The color choice (name and chip #) needs to be noted on the special instructions section of the custom order. Ask us about options and cost.
Yes. Cost will be determined on a case by case basis.
The price of delivery is included in the cost of the building, within a 50 mile radius of any dealer not just our site (by road, not as the crow flies). If the distance to your site is greater than 50 miles, there is a $6.00 per mile one way charge that is payable when the driver delivers your building.

The garages are built with 12 inch (on center) 2×6 pressure treated floor joists. All other building models are built with 16 inch (on center) pressure treated 2"x 6" floor joists. The floors are designed to handle heavy power equipment, motorcycles, bulk storage, etc. The garages will support most automobiles. Floor upgrades are available. Ask us for details.
There must be at least one foot of side clearance during transport, and the building must be at least three feet from any other structures or the property line. In other words, if you choose a 10 foot wide building, we will require 12 feet of clearance to get it to the site and 16 feet of clearance in order to place the building on the ground. See Delivery & Setup.
The trailers are approximately 30 inches in height. The buildings range in height from the short wall utility buildings (102 inches) to the lofted barn with 37 inches of optional, additional height (139 inches). Depending on the model the customer chooses, the installer would need a minimum clearance of between 11.5 feet to 15 feet. See Delivery & Setup.
No. Any necessary removal and/or replacement of obstacles on the site is the sole responsibility of the homeowner. This includes trimming of hedges or trees.
Yes, with advance notice, the installer can unload the building from the trailer and maneuver it onto the site with some specialized equipment. The installer uses a forklift device called a "Mule" to move the building into place once the building is unloaded from the trailer. It is entirely possible to unload the building from the trailer and move the building into place if the driver is not able to access the property with the truck and trailer as long as the road and gate opening are a minimum of 2 feet wider than the building and the point of install is not too far from unloading point . The installer will discuss your specific needs when the delivery is scheduled. For walled-in properties with small gates, ABCO of Sahuarita does contract with a local crane company to move the buildings as long as the distance is not greater than 80-100 feet depending on the weight of the building and there are no overhead obstacles.
Due to liability concerns, site access constraints and private property rights, the warranty is voided and the Rent to Own option is not available on crane installs. In addition, half the cost of the building is required up front. There is an additional charge for the crane installation and the crane company is paid separately upon install. Contact ABCO of Sahuarita for more details and charges.
We do not supply stairs but we do now supply ramps constructed of double 2x6s for the buildings. The ramps are not rated for standard size vehicles but are sufficient for ATVs, Side by Sides and small tractors.
While our buildings are basically worry-free, simple care and routine maintenance will help your building last for many years. We recommend that you paint your siding somewhere between 5 and 10 years to maintain the integrity of the siding.
Customers can purchase our buildings remotely from us as long as you are located anywhere in Arizona and western New Mexico. We routinely serve customers outside of Tucson. The only difference is that the building may come from another factory-for example in western New Mexico, the factory is located in Milan, New Mexico.
